SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently deliver across India to selected metros and non-metro cities. We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of our products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments.
(1) Shipping Time
(a) Since all our products are made to order, there will be a lead time of 2-4 days.
(b) Once the order is ready for dispatch the logistics partner gets a notification. They will then pick it up from us and deliver it to you within 3-8 days between 7 AM to 7 PM on all days Monday to Saturday.
(c) We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
(d) Orders placed on Sundays & public holidays will be processed on next working day.
(2) Shipment delays
(a) In case there is a delay, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
(b) In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we will resend the order to you.
(c) If unable to fulfill your order we will refund the amount within 15 working days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted if:
(a) You receive a product with tampered packaging
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
(c) You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page
(2) Conditions for returning products
(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc
(b) Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
(c) Brand packaging should be intact
(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time
In case of damaged/tampered outer packaging don't accept the shipment & inform us by sending an email to email@example.com. Your email must contain name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Emails sent after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained. Products with opened/broken inner packaging/not in original inner packaging form are not eligible for replacements/claims.
